SHANGHAI, May 13 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a fast-growing solar product manufacturer with low-cost operations based in Jiangxi Province and Zhejiang Province in China, today announced that its initial public offering of 5,835,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs"), each representing four (4) ordinary shares of the Company, was priced at $11.00 per ADS.
